Refund & Returns Policy

Physical Products

All physical products sold through The Power of Becoming™ including the POB 90 Day Journal and any future products are printed and fulfilled on demand. Because each item is produced specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 15 days of delivery at hello@thepowerofbecoming.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. Each case will be reviewed and we will do our best to resolve it.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or shipping delays outside of our control.

Shipping

Delivery times vary by location. International orders typically arrive within 10 business days. Once your order is dispatched, shipping times are outside of our control.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. If you experience a technical issue accessing your purchase, please contact us at hello@thepowerofbecoming.com and we will resolve it promptly.
